 3H Group, Inc. is well positioned for multi-faceted development. Our development experience spans over several decades. A few projects that 3H has been responsible for are Staybridge Suites, and several Country Inn and Suites properties. Currently we have four on-going projects with Marriott brand properties that include the Fairfield Inn and Suites, and Residence Inn brands.
3H prides itself in the great relationships we have formed with the franchise development offices of these well-respected hotel chains. It is our goal to maintain, and continue to build those relationships for the benefit of all parties involved. Our development knowledge includes ground-up construction, FF&E purchasing, and most importantly an effortless transition on opening day to an operations role. We contract with reliable, time proven vendors who provide quality products that our guests can rely on for years to come.
Our choice to develop with quality hotel brands requires that we follow strict guidelines, and standards. This results in a win-win situation for everyone. Ad
ditionally, because 3H employees directly handle many of the projects involved with development many conventional costs are saved. Our employees will spend thousands of hours coordinating and managing the development process. As a result of this in-house project management bottom-line costs will decrease.
