I have been with 3H Group since the company purchased the Fairfield Inn Chattanooga in 2001. Since day one, this has been a good company to work for and they have always taken care of me. I work hard to take care of our guests and 3H Group works hard to take care of their employees.

I have been with 3H Group for nearly 11 years now, starting when they acquired the Fairfield Inn on Shallowford Village Drive. Since I've been with 3H, I have worked at several of their properties and am now at the Residence Inn Chattanooga Near Hamilton Place. I am provided with the tools I need to do my job effectively.
I am thankful to work at a caring company with a great group of people who respect and care for their employees, as well as the community they are in. I look forward to many more years with 3H Group as the company continues to grow and expand.

I started with 3H Group as I was finishing college in 2004. In order to receive my degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, I completed my internship while working front desk at the Fairfield Inn Chattanooga. Throughout the years I have worked for 3H Group I have been able to grow as an individual and in my career learning different positions and aspects of the hospitality industry. 3H Group is a fast rising company, and I am thrilled to be along on this ride with a group who truly care about their employees.
