Headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, 3H Group Hotels has become a prominent name in the hospitality business since its inception.  3H Group Inc. is a multi-faceted hotel development and management company.  Our primary focus is the development of high caliber hotels and an unparalleled commitment to their continued success through proven management and leadership standards.

Our roots begin in Chattanooga, TN and extend across the Southeastern United States.  We strive to be a respected, premier developer of hotels, and continue that philosophy by providing a management style that thrives in the hospitality industry.  3H Group Hotels was ranked in the top 100 in the Hotel Developers/Owners category by Hotel Business Magazine in 2010 and also ranked in the Top 100 Management Companies in 2011. 

Our Marriott branded hotels have also received various awards such as the Platinum Award, the Breakfast Ambassador of the Year Award, Well Maintained Award, and the Gold Award.  Our Residence Inn by Marriott in Chattanooga, TN was recently named "Best Hotel in Chattanooga" by the popular TV show The Destination Guide.

Hiren Desai
Chief Executive Officer

Hiren's responsibilities include all facets of operations.  He oversees hotel development, construction, design and management, contract negotiations, and develops strategy and vision.  Hiren's dedication and hard work continue to make 3H successful.  3H has earned multiple awards including the Horizon Award from Marriott International and being named Top 100 Hotel Management Companies by Hotel/Motel Management Magazine.

 

 

 

Bob Dollinger
Vice President of Operations

Bob's main responsibility ensures smooth transitions regarding operational facets of all hotels and acquisitions.  Bob's main passion is customer service, an important aspect which comes from 13 years of hospitality experience.  His view on customer service directly translates into how he handles operations of 3H Group properties.  Bob is in charge of all non-profit community partnerships and community service projects.

 

 


Michael DePrez
Regional Director

Mike has been the Regional Director of Operations for 3H Group Hotels since 2008.  His responsibilities include the successful operation of numerous hotels across Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Arkansas.  Mike provides leadership and implements strategies by establishing strong communication with all of the hotels he oversees.  Mike's extensive background in the hospitality industry makes him a pivotal part of the 3H Operations Team.

 

 

 

Jason Rothenberg
Project Director

Jason handles an array of responsibilities including: IT, Property Insurance, Renovations, and some construction coordination.  He also developed, and implemented the company-wide Safety Program.  He works with each brand in procurement of FF&E/owner-related items for new hotels.  Jason is involved in vendor relations with a focus on contracts, pricing, and product value.  Jason's extensive hospitality background has made him a valuable asset to the 3H Team.

 

 

Jessica Dollinger
Controller

Jessica's main responsibilities are to provide leadership and coordination of company accounting procedures that conform to generally accepted accounting principles.  As Controller, Jessica manages the accuracy and productivity of day-to-day activities of accounts payable, cash distributions, invoice/billing, customer credits and collections, cost accounting, and fixed asset records.  Jessica has over 15 years of accounting experience, and manages the overall direction of the Accounting/Finance Department.

  


 

Janel Sheppard
Director of Revenue Management
 

Janel is responsible for ensuring the Marriott brand hotels are developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize total hotel room sales and yield penetration.  With proper management of inventories and providing analytical analysis and technical knowledge of Hotel Reservation System; she assists with the hotel obtaining the highest possible REVPAR, ADR, and Occupancies.  In her various roles, Janel oversees the day to day activities of her department including Sales and Marketing, Revenue Management, and eCommerce.
 

 

 

Rick Bealer
Human Resources

During his time with 3H Group Hotels, Rick has worked in Maintenance, Guest Services, and Night Audit at several of the Chattanooga area hotels.  Since joining the 3H Corporate Office staff, Rick's main responsibilities are Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits.  Having worked in many facets of the hotel industry has given Rick a unique perspective about what is expected.  Rick also is part of the hiring process at the property level.

 

 

 

Larry Dugger
Director of Facilities

Larry began his second career with 3H Group Hotels at Staybridge Suites with a maintenance position, and came to the Corporate Office in 2008.  Larry's responsibilities include overseeing the preventative maintenance programs for all properties.  He assists with training new associates, identifying problems and recommending a permanent fix, either with in house personnel, or outside contractors.  Larry spends a few weeks with new 3H hotels ensuring that all public areas and guest rooms adhere to maintenance standards.

 

 

 

Terri Wilkey
Administrative Assistant

Terri's daily responsibilities include front desk duties, daily reports, permits, guest suggestion implementation, dashboard monitoring, and employee mentions.  Terri also assists in marketing research, designs, organizes and sends the quarterly newsletter, and monitors on-line comments in a variety of social forums and blogging sites.  She also handles hotel surveys, reviews invoices for pricing discrepancies, and deals with month end reports.  Terri coordinates conferences and workshops. 

 

 

Meaghan Dant
Marketing Coordinator

Meaghan handles marketing for corporate and all 3H properties.  She assists in maximizing revenue and increasing share in the on-line space, and also improves the on-line exposure in key revenue generation channels such as hotel web sites, third party sites, GDS Channels, and business/area attraction sites.  She manages on-line marketing campaigns and social networking sites, as well as writes press releases and designs advertisements.  Meaghan executes and analyzes success of all marketing and advertising ventures.

 

 

Karen Day
Accountant

Karen's responsibilities include accounts payable, preparing sales and occupancy tax returns, TPP reports, annual reports, franchise  excise tax reports, and preparing the gross receipts reports.  Karen also checks the W-9 tax forms which General Managers are required to send in from various vendors and business partners.  Karen's many years and extensive accounting/bookkeeping experience in a variety of companies makes her an excellent part of 3H Group Hotels.

 

 

 

Hilary Taube
Accountant

Hilary's responsibilities include checking the daily reports from the hotels, reconciliation of bank statements, recurring journal entries for month end, auditing daily deposits from the hotels, and working with the general managers to ensure accuracy of the accounting records.

 

 

 

 

Kelly Lowman
Revenue Assistant

Kelly is responsible for assisting the Director of Revenue Management in developing and maintaining the weekly revenue packets.  She helps in analyzing and assisting property General Managers to review and implement yield management strategies.  Kelly has 6 years of hospitality experience and brings great knowledge to our team.
